
The flea market or Puces based in Saint Ouen just north of the periferique* in Paris, is the number one destinations of any antique hunter. The largest in Europe, this market boasts an area of over 17 acres including 12 covered Markets. This is a haven for collectors – the markets sell items from antiquity to mid century modern – furniture, paintings, vinyl records, clothing, furniture, silver, jewellery – you name it, it can be found here at Saint Ouen!

There are several markets that make up the Flea market
- Antica – a small market with around a dozen stalls with a cozy ambience that reflects the excellent quality and variety of French antiques from Art Deco to Napolean III
- Biron – the second oldest market in Saint Ouen, has high end, quality antiques – from huge Chandeliers to exquisite antique jewellery and superbly crafted furniture. Walk along the red carpet – yes in the middle of the road – and marvel at the precious antiques on offer.
- Cambo – quality on two floors, founded in 1970 this market has 18th and 19th century furniture, earthenware, works of art, lighting and fireplaces
- Dauphine – the place for a bargain, an eclectic mix of vinyl records and antiques, space stations and vintage clothing, great for a rummage. The Dauphine market is an unusual, friendly and lively, it is ideally located at the start of rue des Rosiers, the start of of the Flea market
- L’Entrepot – basically this market is for all your rather large pieces! The market is very spacious, the merchants have on display monumental staircases, libraries and woodwork from large residences, “zincs”, garden stuidos, castle gates … If you are not in the market for ultra large pieces then they also offer traditional furniture and flea market objects.
- Jules-Vallès – this is a traditional ‘Puce’ full of interesting objects from Militaria to Chinese porcelain – this market remains faithful to the true spirit of the flea market!
- Malassis – modern and upcycled antiques and collectables – over a hundred sellers are here offering unusual and traditional French bric a brac and brocante with a modern twist.
- Le Passage – a place for inspiration for designers and decorators, stylists and innovators, a mix of old objects and curiosities – perfect for the makers of the must have, cutting edge latest thing!
- Paul Bert – the eclectic mix of syles, genres and eras makes Paul Bert Serpette the choice of many – from African art to archeological finds to mid century modern – this market never fails to inspire and delight.
- Marché Vernaison – an area of 9000 square meters with 300 stands this was the first Puce in Saint Ouen, starting life in 1920. This market has a village feel with many appealing pieces, from kitchenalia to furniture – this is an experience not to be missed.
